Enhancing Lives Through Nutrition Services
Our Nutrition Services program in Logan and Mason County is designed to support eligible individuals, including those aged 60+ with mobility limitations and their spouses or disabled companions. We aim to provide balanced meals and promote healthy socialization through education and events, ultimately enriching the lives of our participants.

Senior Nutrition
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must live in Logan or Mason County
- Individuals that are age 60+, and home-bound due to disability, illness, or other ailment that restricts their mobility and/or ability to shop, cook, and/or feed themselves
- Spouses or disabled individuals residing with eligible participant, regardless of age may be eligible.
- Disabled individuals under the age of 60 residing at a housing facility occupied by older individuals at which congregate meals are served may also be eligible.
Home Delivered Meals
Our staff and volunteers deliver hot, nutritious meals to seniors every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Two meals are delivered on each Monday & Wednesday and one meal on Friday.

Congregate Meals
Community Action offers a variety of social dining sites. These sites offer seniors dining options that encourage a social and active life.

Our Mission
The mission of Nutrition Services is to provide supportive services that enhance the lives of those we serve. It is our goal to provide well-balanced, proportioned meals, paired with education and events that encourage healthy socialization and happy lives.

Suggested Donations
Meals are available for a suggested donation of $3.00. No participant will ever be denied for inability to make the suggested donation. If you would like to support the Nutrition Program, or if you have a loved one that participates in our meal program and would like to to make a donation in their name, please click on the donate button below
