FOOD PANTRY CO-OP FAQ'S
Why is the food pantry changing?
CAPCIL's goal is to offer hand up's instead of hand out's. This transition allows the food pantry to now align with CAPCIL's central mission of helping individuals and families reach self-sufficiency.
Can I just show up at any time to participate?
No. You will need to schedule your hours before hand with staff.
What if I'm not able to participate in physical activity due to a physical or mental disability?
We have a variety of opportunities that can work for most people, regardless of physical condition.
Can someone else complete my time for me?
No. You must complete your own time.
If you do not want to complete the membership requirements, there are other food resources in the community to which we can refer you.
