FOOD PANTRY CO-OP FAQ'S

  • Why is the food pantry changing?

    • CAPCIL's goal is to offer hand up's instead of hand out's. This transition allows the food pantry to now align with CAPCIL's central mission of helping individuals and families reach self-sufficiency.

  • Can I just show up at any time to participate?

    • No. You will need to schedule your hours before hand with staff.

  • What if I'm not able to participate in physical activity due to a physical or mental disability?

    • We have a variety of opportunities that can work for most people, regardless of physical condition.

  • Can someone else complete my time for me?

    • No. You must complete your own time.

If you do not want to complete the membership requirements, there are other food resources in the community to which we can refer you.
