Strengthening Working Families Initiative

is an opportunity of a lifetime. You will receive first class job training and mentoring in order to keep, maintain, and grow in a job. You will learn how to manage your money so you can get out of debt and build/fix your credit. You will have access to employers, HR Directors, and hiring managers who are actively looking to fill employment gaps in their organizations. You will be connected with local colleges and technical training centers to receive the education you will need to advance in your career choice. All through this process you will have a support network that will encourage and guide you along your path to self sufficiency. CAPCIL, in partnership with the Logan County Board, is making this opportunity available to you. For more information, or to sign up for classes, call 217-732-2159 or fill out the form on your right.

It is the mission of CAPCIL, in partnership with communities in our service area, to empower persons with low income and the aged by creating and implementing poverty-fighting initiatives for those in crisis and those that endeavor a life of lasting independence.
